Our Story

It all started when Owner & Broker, Phil Jordan, decided he wanted to do more than just sell investment properties. He wanted to help make them into successful investments. After seeing a successful sale become a not-so-successful business, he decided to take the reins and provide an honest and diligent management service to turn that property into a steady income-producing investment. 1 year later Playa Azul came into fruition, and in 4 years we have successfully managed over 300 doors with the same honest and diligent values that we started with.

We work hard to create streamlined processes to ensure that all the important details are taken care of; and we regularly review these processes to make sure they work. We understand that there isn’t any room for rigidity in property management.

We consider ourselves a concierge management company; that means answering and returning your phone calls, taking the time to listen to your needs, and giving more than what is expected.
